We have funding lines who are actively looking to lend to suitable property development sites in Central and Greater London. Both single units and multi-unit schemes can be funded as can refurbishment projects. Although for larger projects the borrower will have to have experience of constructing similar schemes. For smaller schemes experience is not so important as long as an experienced builder is employed.

For development finance the amount available is approximately 65% of Gross Development Value (GDV). Generally this equates to 50% towards purchase and 100% of build costs. For refurbishments it is possible to borrow 70% of purchase price and 100% build costs. Joint Ventures are also available for suitable projects where there is no financial input from the property developer and the profits are split on completion.
