After all of the High Street Banks have had their fingers burnt in the recent financial crash and with a lot more pain to come due to over indebted developments now not financially viable or that have been mothballed. The High Street Banks effectively own large land banks which they do not want to foreclose on as then the debt would have to be written off. (more…)
